This modification adds Liberty City from 1993 to Vice City. At the start of the game, you will find yourself in Liberty City, and you can return to Vice City from the Newport dock, thus arriving at the docks of Vice City.

Here is the list of changes:

Fort Staunton has been reconstructed;
Ferry stations added (without ferries);
The stadium, abandoned subway, and auto-tunnels have been removed in Staunton;
Some minor changes.

Данная модификация добавляет к Вайс-Сити город Либерти-Сити 1993-го года. В начале игры вы окажетесь в Либерти-Сити вернуться обратно в Вайс-Сити вы можете с причала Ньюпорта тем самым окажетесь в доках Вайс-Сити.

Вот список изменений:

Реконструирован Форт Стонтон;
Добавлены станции паромов (без паромов);
В Стаунтоне удаленны стадион, заброшенное метро и авто-туннели;
Некоторые незначительные изменения.
