Russian Quarter for GTA Vice City

I am creating my project "GTA Belgorod" about my city, I initially made the model for myself but decided to share it with the public in case someone needs it.
The model is made from a real quarter of my city using panoramic maps. I think regular players have no reason to download this object as I designed it for modders, and the installation of the .col file is done quite differently than in San Andreas, but I have included instructions in the archive with the file.

Вот создаю свой проект "GTA Белгород" про свой город,модель делал изначально сам для себя но решил всё же поделиться с народом вдруг кому нибудь надо.
Модель сделана с реального квартала моего города через панорамные карты.Думаю обычным игрокам нет смысла качать данный обьект так как я рассчитал его для мододелов и установка .col файла делается совсем иначе чем в San Andreas,но всё же я приложил инструкцию в архиве с файлом.
