Russian Rock FM

This mod replaces the Espantoso radio with Russian Rock FM. As the name suggests, it will now play Russian rock songs (please don't throw stones or downvotes for the radio's music style, tastes are NOT UP FOR DEBATE! Moreover, this is just part of a larger project to change the radio, there will be more than just Russian rock!). The only thing that hasn't been replaced in this radio is the name in the radio selection, but the logo and songs have been completely replaced. This is a beta version; if it takes off and you like the idea, the radio will be refined (new songs will be added). I will also create other radio stations (fictional, by genres).

This mod is part of the Vice City New Radio™ (VCNR) project. The goal is to completely replace all radio in the game - from names to songs. All radio will be fictional.
