Description:
GTA VC: Traffic is an ASI plugin that increases or decreases the number of pedestrians and vehicles. The script can also affect parameters such as the density of traffic depending on the current game time, driver behavior, reaction speed to traffic obstructions, and much more.
Installation:
Copy the files "paths.ipl", "vc_traffic.cfg", "vc_traffic.asi" to the game folder.
Editing:
All main settings can be found in the file "vc_traffic.cfg" by opening it in any text editor. The parameter headers clearly explain their purpose.
Warning!
A too large number of pedestrians and vehicles affects FPS stability, so edit wisely.

GTA VC: Traffic - ASI плагин, увеличивающий или уменьшающий количество педов и транспорта. Скрипт может так же влиять на такие параметры, как зависимость плотности трафика от текущего игрового времени, поведение водителей за рулём, скорость реакции на помехи в движении транспорта и многое другое.
Установка:
Копировать файлы \"paths.ipl\", \"vc_traffic.cfg\", \"vc_traffic.asi\" в папку с игрой.
Редактирование:
Все основные настройки можно найти в файле \"vc_traffic.cfg\", открыв его в любом текстовом редакторе. Заголовки параметров ясно поясняют их предназначение.
Warning!
Слишком большое количество педов и автомобилей влияет на стабильность FPS, поэтому редактируйте с умом.
