The SMZ S-3A motorized stroller is a two-seater four-wheeled vehicle, mass-produced by the Serpukhov Motorcycle Plant from 1958 to 1970.

Such cars were popularly referred to as "disabled cars" and distributed through social security agencies among disabled people of various categories. Motorized strollers were issued free of charge, and after three years of operation, it could be exchanged for a new one.

Мотоколяска СМЗ С-3А - двухместный четырёхколёсный автомобиль, серийно выпускавшаяся Серпуховским мотоциклетным заводом с 1958 по 1970 год.

Такие автомобили именовались в народе «инвалидками» и распространялись через органы соцобеспечения среди инвалидов различных категорий. Выдавались мотоколяски бесплатно, а после трёх лет эксплуатации её можно было поменять на новую.
