This mod makes the interface very similar to the one used in the game's re-release. I want to thank Alexh20345 for the provided weapon icons.

1. Copy gtavc_set.ivc and vc_seter.asi to the folder with Vice City;
2. Add files from the gta3.img folder to gta3.img, and from the hud.txd folder to hud.txd;
3. Play.
