This modification adds a feature from San Andreas. Now, if you reach three stars, a VCN Maverickwill start flying after you.

1. The CLEO library is required for this to work in Vice City;
2. Extract the archive;
3. Move the file Newschopper.cs to the CLEOfolder located in the game directory;
4. Play.

Данная модификация добавляет фишку из San Andreas. Теперь, если вы набрали три звезды, то за вами начнет летать VCN Maverick.

1. Для работы необходима библиотека CLEO для Vice City;
2. Распаковать архив;
3. Файл Newschopper.cs переместить в папку CLEO, которая находится в папке с игрой;
4. Играть.
