Good day! This mod makes the GTA Vice City game a little brighter and more beautiful by replacing the PARTICLE.TXD file.
The archive also contains my ENB Series setting with one UseReflectiveBump function, which creates the effect of light reflection from the surface. You need to turn on this ENB Series at night, as during the day it will be dark even under the sun. Also available in the archive, in the AUDIO folder, are new background sounds for urban and marine terrain. In addition to my mod, I invested in the VC Graphics Hack 1.0 mod archive to improve graphics. The author of the VC Graphics Hack 1.0 modification is ModelingMan.
Installation: copy the files from the archive to the folder with GTA Vice City

Доброго дня! Данный мод делает игру GTA Vice City немного ярче и красивее путём замены файла PARTICLE.TXD.
В архиве имеется так же моя настройка ENB Series с одной функцией UseReflectiveBump, что создаёт эффект отражения света от поверхности. Включать этот ENB Series нужно в ночное время, так как днём даже под лучами солнца будет темно. Также имеется в архиве, в папке AUDIO, новые фоновые звуки для городского и морского типа местности. Дополнительно к своему моду я вложил в архив мод VC Graphics Hack 1.0 для улучшения графики. Автор модификации VC Graphics Hack 1.0 - ModelingMan.
Установка: файлы из архива скопировать в папку с GTA Vice City
