Теперь доблестная армия города будет защищать мирных жителей в новой форме.
Армия Vice City приобрела новые камуфляжи трех видов: пустынный, лесной, арктический.
Текстуры заменены у солдат, танков, военных вертолетов, грузовиков и хаммеров.
