Save after each mission for zombie mod "GTA Long Night". Personally, it came in handy for me when I got stuck on an impossible mission for me, where I had to shoot from a machine gun on a helicopter. The saves are sorted into folders, throw them into the "GTA Vice City User Files" folder, it is located in the "My Documents" folder. Have a good game!
