This patch fixes bugs and adds new goodies, namely:

Fixed:

1. Fixed bug with exit from North Point Mall

Added:

1. The electricity in the game is turned off (not everything, but only poles, buoys, and posters)

2. Traffic lights don't work anymore

3. Airplanes are now completely invisible in the sky

4. Airship removed
