This script is useful for those who make movies about GTA Vice City. He removes
absolutely EVERYTHING from the screen (i.e. hud, sight, radar).
The installation is known to everyone. (For those who do not know, throw everything into CLEO)
In the game, press 9 (not num), to turn off, press "HOME" or "V".
