Before you mod - Ultimate Vice City for GTA: Vice City. This modification adds 40 cars that replace most of the standard ones. Also in the mod you will find two World Trade Center towers that were blown up on September 11, 2001 in New York, a new bridge, new billboards and the Nokia Store.
The mod is easy to install.
