Translates all in-game text (except for what is on the textures).

Русификатор для игры Grand Theft Auto Vice City, сделанный на основе версии игры от 1С. Создавался специально для Steam-версии игры, но возможно подойдёт и для других версий.
Переводит весь текст в игре (кроме того, что на текстурах).
В него также входят файлы, необходимые для работы сохранений, сделанных на игре версии от 1С.
