• Replaced radio stations with compositions of the 80s. The music in the game has been changed.

• Colorful sky, as close to real as possible. The night sky contains real constellations.

• Vegetation changed to mid-latitude, not tropical. Naturally all plants of excellent quality. Excess tropical vegetation removed, but not everywhere...

• Replacement of some characters.

• Replacement of transport (almost all).

• Added speedometer (analog with petrol).

• Changed the start splash screen and the menu screen to be themed for the mod.

• Changed the font in the game and in the menu (both appearance and color)

• New HUD interface and radar.

• Changed the effects of fire, explosions, water, light, blood, clouds, etc.

• In some places on the map, a Soviet nuclear submarine with strategic missiles SS-18 has been added.

• Заменены радиостанции с композициями 80-хх. Изменена музыка в игре.

• Красочное небо, максимально приближено к реальному. Ночное небо содержит реальные созвездия.

• Растительность заменена на присущую средним широтам, а не тропическим. Естественно все растения превосходного качества. Лишняя тропическая растительность удалена, но не везде...

• Замена некоторых персонажей.

• Замена транспорта (практически весь).

• Добавлен спидометр (аналоговый с бензином).

• Изменены стартовый splash screen и экран меню на тематические для мода.

• Изменены шрифт в игре и в меню (как вид так и цвет)

• Новый HUD интерфейс и радар.

• Изменены эффекты огня, взрывов, воды, света, кровь, тучи и т.

• В некоторых местах на карте добавлена советская атомная подводная субмарина с ракетами СС-18 стратегического назначения.

• Заменены самолеты в аэропорту на отечественные модели ИЛ-76, ИЛ-86, АН-24.

• Изменены модели первого вступительного ролика на тематические (в случае использования оригинального скрипта миссий)

• Анимация персонажей частично перенесена из GTA SA

• Новые звуки оружия и взрывов.

• Увеличены границы существования транспортных средств (границы активной зоны транспорта).

• Увеличен лимит транспортных средств в активной зоне до 240 единиц.

• Увеличены значения лимитов транспорта инфо-зон для дневного времени.

• Заменена анимация посадки на мотоцикл Angel и Freeway.

• В игре реальный ход времени.

• Ежечасовой сигнал сверки времени (в машине).

• Случайные милицейские погони по городу.

• Возможность кататься пассажиром (кнопка TAB для посадки).
