In celebration of GTA VC's 10th anniversary!

The Forever Shining modification serves as an addition to major mods like Deluxe and KillerKip, where vehicles, weapons, and more are replaced, but pedestrians and characters remain original.

This mod transforms the population of Vice City, as well as the player and game characters. Future updates will bring additional enhancements to the modification.

In the beta version, you can expect a replacement for most pedestrians, GTA VC characters, and all player clothing.

It is recommended to use this with mods like Deluxe, KillerKip, Ultimate, New Age, ZORG, and others that replace the game's vehicle fleet and some textures.

К юбилею GTA VC - 10 лет!

Модификация Forever Shining служит дополнением для больших модов типа Deluxe, KillerKip где заменен транспорт, оружие и пр. но пешеходы и персонажи остаются оригинальными.

Мод преобразует население Vice City, а также игрока и персонажей игры. В дальнейшем в модификации появятся и другие дополнения.

В бета-версии Вас ждет замена большинства пешеходов, персонажей GTA VC и всей одежды игрока.

Рекомендуется использовать с модификациями Deluxe, KillerKip, Ultimate, New Age, ZORG и прочими, заменяющим автопарк игры и некоторые текстуры.
