Full conversion from xbox version, except for shadows and cutscene hands.
+Bonus:
- Conversion of objects and textures from GTA3 xx version;
- Conversion of boats Tropic and jetmax from San Andreas;
- In some places, the textures are improved by 2, and somewhere by 4 times.
A conversion from the PS2 version, only what was cut from the PC, or what is more original:

- Отражения от полов и воды в бассейнах;

- Осязаемость: Невидимые стены, проходимые насквозь объекты, материал;
- При выходе из особняка виден весь город;
- Непрозрачные окна на втором этаже особняка;
- Ошибка модели после взрыва стройки;
- Пляжная дорожка теперь прорисовывается полностью.
Новые интерьеры:
- Туалет в номере в отеле Ocean View;
- В будке;
- +CLEO;
Прочее:
- Детализированные фонарные столбы с эффектов отражение;
- Тачки теперь тонут и затонувшие лодки не провалятся;
- Изменены близнецы двух педов, охранника и старухи;
- У Додо появился пилот;
- Спасательные будки теперь дальновидны;
- Более качественная луна;
- Более качественная текстура меню и загрузочный экран;
- Томи с Хвох-овыми катсценовкими руками;
- Встроен мод ORG patch и IMG для модов;
- И т.д.
Так что с этим модом ваш вайс станет оригинальнее, качественнее и интереснее.
И главное в моде нет чужих модов и ни чего не выдрано из чужих!!!
