Эта глобальная модификация стирает с лица земли весь Vice City, а вместо него появляются хорошо знакомый Liberty City из GTA3. Заменяются практически все модели транспортного средства. Много новых пешеходов. Но фишка в том, что движок остается Vice City’евский. Т.е. теперь по Liberty City мы можем кататься на мопедах и санчезах, летать на вертолетах и самолете на водных подушках. Ну и, конечно же, все фишки типа простреливания шин, лобовых стекол остались от Vice City.
