This mod brings back the ocean texture from PS2, as well as more detailed fire and newspapers scattered on the floor, which are more in line with the game, and other additional details.
Installation is simple, just move the "PS2 Particle TXD" folder to the Vice City Modloader folder, you can also move the models folder to the game directory, having previously created backups.
Works in both the original version and in Updated Classic, Classic Edition.
