Is the latest version (edge) of the Updated Classic 23 build in the form of a set of files placed in modloader, instead of downloading the full build, now you only need to download the archive with fixes.

Disclaimer:Updated Classic Uncover (GTA Trilogy Uncover) is a project aimed at opening and distributing the resources used in the Updated Classic builds, improving them and supplementing them with new fixes, embodying its own, slightly more canonical vision corresponding to the original spirit of Rockstar Games development. All developments are open and optional, all authors are listed.
The Updated Classic build, widely known in local circles, introduces many changes and fixes to the game, which have so far been conditionally proprietary, since the developer community has a policy of closing their work in order to impose on players the use of only their build (which has a rational grain and meaning in view of testing), but this policy contradicts the fact that they themselves use a lot of fixes from the public domain and this has always seemed wrong to me, especially, in this way they limit the audience for the distribution of game fixes, which should be the only and correct goal.
Installation:
Copy and replace the files in the root folder with the original Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Goal:
Distribution of fixes made within the framework of the build for use by other people in their work with the authorship of the developers.
Additionally:
The build will include its own unique fixes that will not appear in the official Updated Classic builds, several changes for optimization have already been made
Hint:
To enable add-ons, go to the /modloader/addons/ folder and copy/move the add-on you want to use to the /modloader/ folder. Or activate all add-ons by removing the "addons" line from /modloader/modloader.ini
Mod updates will occur gradually but online (rolling-release), not all changes will be available immediately.
If you have always had wishes to add something new to Updated Classic, but it did not pass moderation, you can freely send your options for consideration. Additions will be approved if they pass specific requirements.

Все наработки открыты и опциональны, все авторы указаны.
Широко известная в локальных кругах сборка Updated Classic вносит в игру множество изменений и исправлений, которые до сих пор являлись условно проприетарными, поскольку сообщество разработчиков имеет политику закрытости своих наработок для того чтобы навязать игрокам использование только их сборки (что имеет рациональное зерно и смысл в виду тестирования), но эта политика противоречит тому что они сами используют массу исправлений из открытого доступа и это всегда казалось мне неверным, особенно, таким образом они ограничивают аудиторию распространения игровых исправлений что должно являться единственной и верной целью.
Установка:
Скопируйте и замените файлы в корень папки с оригинальной Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Цель:
Распространение исправлений сделанных в рамках сборки для возможности использования другими людьми в своих наработках с указанием авторства разработчиков.
Дополнительно:
В сборку будут включаться собственные уникальные исправления которые не будут появляться в официальных сборках Updated Classic, несколько изменений для оптимизации уже было внесено
Подсказка:
Для включения дополнений перейдите в папку /modloader/addons/ и скопируйте/переместите то дополнение которое вы хотите использовать в папку /modloader. Либо активируйте все дополнения удалив строчку "addons" из /modloader/modloader.ini
Обновления мода будут происходить постепенно но в онлайн режиме (rolling-release), не все изменения будут доступны сразу.
Если у вас все это время были пожелания добавить что-то новое в Updated Classic, но оно не проходило модерацию, вы можете свободно присылать свои варианты для рассмотрения. Дополнения будут одобряться в случае прохождения по конкретным требованиям.
