This mod will enhance the quality of textures and fix some shortcomings.
Created with reference to and using textures from ORG Patch, VCLF, Absolute Vice Fixes, and several other mods, as well as using source materials (some taken from Dimzet, some from Discord servers Mehaniq and MixMods), some textures were modified by me or taken from other R* games...
Plans: NPCs and story characters from PS2 (uncompressed), redesign of the Love Fist studio (most of the textures (if not all) for audio equipment were found), improvement of vehicle textures

Build 3:
- A bunch of new texture improvements, unfortunately, I don't really remember much
- I remember that I improved the billboard with the surfer at the airport
- Some textures were enhanced using ESRGAN (mainly models against artifacts)
- I am going to the hospital for an indefinite period, then I will try to find the strength to update the mod (the transport from the Xbox version needs to be fully added, for example)
Installation:
- Remove the previous version if it is installed
- Place the "Improved Textures" folder into the mod loader, if you want, you can also add the extras from the (bonus) folder

Данный мод улучшит качество текстур и исправит некоторые недоработки.
Делал с оглядкой и использованием текстур из ORG Patch, VCLF, Absolute Vice Fixes и некоторых других модов, а также использовал исходники (что-то у Димзета взял, что-то с Дискорд серверов Mehaniq и MixMods), некоторые текстуры переделывал сам или брал из других игр R*...
В планах: педы и сюжетные персонажи с PS2 (непожатые), переделка студии Love Fist (большая часть текстур (если не все) аудиотехники нашлась), улучшение текстур транспорта

Build 3:
- Куча новых улучшений текстур, к сожалению толком не помню практически ничего
- Помню что улучшил биллборд с сёрфером в аэропорту
- Некоторые текстуры улучшены через ESRGAN (в основном моделями против артефактов)
- Я уезжаю в больницу на неопределённый срок, потом постараюсь найти силы на обновление мода (транспорт из Xbox версии надо до конца добавить, например)
Установка:
- Удалите предыдущую версию, если она установлена
- Папку "Improved Textures" закинуть в модлоадер, если хотите, то можете закинуть дополнения из папки (bonus)
