This modification adds Ukrainian dubbing to the game Grand Theft Auto Vice City.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Original (not Definitive Edition) version of the game Grand Theft Auto Vice City (GOG, Steam, Steam Deck, disc).
CONTENT:
- Full dubbing of cutscenes;
- Full dubbing of dialogues during main missions;
- Full dubbing of dialogues during side missions;
- Dubbing of Tommy's in-game lines;
- Dubbing of police officer's lines (regular, special forces, morals department, FBI, helicopter, boat, scanner and radio);
- Dubbing of in-game lines of direct interaction of Tommy with characters (like buying food or visiting a strip club).
ATTENTION!
- The dubbing WILL NOT WORK on the Definitive Edition, as it was created on Unreal Engine 4, and it just won't work to take and replace audio files there. I have neither the time nor the desire to master UE4.
- This modification ONLY adds DUBBING. It will not translate the entire game for you and will not add Ukrainian text. If you want to play with Ukrainian text, find and download a text localizer (there are plenty of them online). But note that the dubbing will not match the subtitles translation.
INSTALLATION:
- Unpack the archive to a convenient location;
- Copy the "Audio" folder;
- Paste it into the folder with Grand Theft Auto Vice City, replacing the original "Audio" folder;
- Play!

Ця модифікація додає український дубляж до гри Grand Theft Auto Vice City.
ВИМОГИ:
- Оригінальна (не Definitive Edition) версія гри Grand Theft Auto Vice City (GOG, Steam, Steam Deck, дискова).
ВМІСТ:
- Повний дубляж сюжетних катсцен;
- Повний дубляж діалогів під час основних місій;
- Повний дубляж діалогів під час побічних місій;
- Дубляж ігрових реплік Томмі;
- Дубляж реплік поліціянтів (звичайних, спецпризначення, відділу нравів, ФБР, гелікоптера, човна, сканера та радіо);
- Дубляж ігрових реплік прямої взаємодії Томмі з персонажами (на кшталт придбання їжі чи відвідування стрип-клубу).
УВАГА!
- Дубляж НЕ ПРАЦЮВАТИМЕ на Definitive Edition, оскільки її було створено на Unreal Engine 4, і просто так узяти та замінити звукові файли там не вийде. Опановувати UE4 я не маю ані часу, ані бажання.
- Ця модифікація додає ЛИШЕ ДУБЛЯЖ. Вона не перекладе для вас усю гру та не додасть український текст. Якщо ви хочете грати з українським текстом, знайдіть і завантажте українізатор тексту (онлайн їх повно). Але зауважте, що дубляж не збігатиметься з перекладом субтитрів.
ВСТАНОВЛЕННЯ:
- Розпакуйте архів у довільне місце;
- Скопіюйте теку "Audio";
- Вставте її до теки з Grand Theft Auto Vice City, замінивши оригінальну теку "Audio";
- Грайте!
