A global modification for GTA Vice City, the purpose of which is to bring the style of the usual GTA Vice City closer to Vice City Stories. Much has been added and edited.
Content from Vice City Stories:
- New transport;
- New version of Tommy (VCS restyle);
- Some NPCs;
- Neons (corrected version);
- Buildings (partially);
- Radar icons;
- Menu map.
Other:
- Patches from DimZet and Silent;
- Russian localization;
- Classic AXIS (free camera, some shortcomings);
- Improvements from the Xbox version (cut scenes);
- Autosave after every mission.

Глобальная модификация для GTA Vice City, цель которой приблизить стилистику обычной GTA Vice City к Vice City Stories. Многое добавлено и отредактировано.
Контент из Vice City Stories:
- Новый транспорт;
- Новая версия Томми (VCS restyle);
- Некоторые NPC;
- Неоны (исправленная версия);
- Здания (частично);
- Иконки радара;
- Карта меню.
Прочее:
- Патчи от DimZet и Silent;
- Русская локализация;
- Classic AXIS (свободная камера, есть недочеты);
- Улучшения из Xbox версии (кат-сцены);
- Автосохранение после каждой миссии.
