This is a half AI generated and upscaled texture of Ken Rosenberg office and building next to.

It's part of my VC Remaster project which is about 10Gb, all textures are in 1024x1024, and every file, yes, every file in game is changed and improved. Game is in GTA 5 range, maybe is better in some aspects in gameplay.

Install: add to modloader or add to gta3.img which is located in folder models in root of game.
