Starry Skies v1.2.1 is a PC-port of mobile mod.
The original mod is adding way more stars and replaces the default R-shaped "picture".
Supported game versions are GTA San Andreas 1.0 US only and any version of GTA Vice City.
The mod has been tested in Modloader by @Artem_kostromi, also with SkyGFX and 2DFX Project.

- Changeable time for start/end of the stars

- Smooth Stars appearance
- The weather is taken into account when the stars are shown
- Widescreen fix for stars (on by default) (Widescreen Fix for SA is not fixing it?!)
