Tommy's Ability to Talk for GTA Vice City.
Hello everyone! This mod makes Tommy Versetti talk in Vice City with a simple script that was written by me. Press T and Tommy Versetti will turn on the talking animation. Have fun! Have fun playing the game!
How to install? Copy the .cs file from the .rar and paste it into the CLEO folder.
