You can spawn unlimited ghost by this mod. Ghosts will be drop from sky to earth by this mod.
Installtion:
1. Copy all files from "To Add in Game Folder" and paste in GTA Vice City;
2. Now, open IMG Tool and go to GTA Vice City folder and select models folder and then open gta3.img file;
3. Delete cla.txd and cla.dff. Also delete clb.txd and clb.dff;
4. Now, add my cla.txd/dff and clb.txd/dff in IMG Tool.
Press D+1 to spawn ghosts.
