Getting a player out of the water

If a player has fallen into water, this script will teleport them back to the nearest paths, even if they are very far away from them.
If there are no paths on the map — the player will be teleported to zero coordinates. In this case it is better to use the second mode — teleport to the last saved by the script coordinates, but it does not work well.
The modes can be switched in the .ini file.
