Aggressive for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City by =SpitFire=
This plugin makes changes to drivers reaction when damaging their vehicle, like it was presented in GTA San Andreas.
i.e. they will leave their vehicle and fight with the culprit, some of them will be armed.
