This plugin allows to install fully functional turret on any vehicle.
An archive contains .asi plugin and a few example models.
To activate a turret, press "T" button, while being in vehicle.

Install:
Place CustomVehicleTurret.VC.asi into the game folder, replace all the models in gta3.img with ones in archive.
