Winter Mod 2.3

Winter Mod is a comprehensive winter modification for GTA: Vice City, which, after installation, will completely cover the city in snow.

Over a thousand game textures have been manually edited and revamped, most of them in high resolution. Roads, sidewalks, grass, plants, as well as the roofs of some buildings and vehicles are covered in snow.

Pedestrians are dressed according to the season. The weather has been altered: it gets dark early in the city and it often snows. Loading screens and menus have been replaced, along with visual effects and the radar's appearance.

New skins and outfits for the main character have been added, along with many small but pleasant innovations.

The modification launches through a convenient menu that allows you to enable some additional features, such as walking or a free ride mode that removes story missions and opens access to all islands.

The graphical library ENBSerieshas been integrated, adding many modern visual effects to the game, including a "bloom" effect for lighting and "realistic" reflections on cars.

What's new in version 2.3? A radio station has been added that plays rock music with a New Year's theme; the sound of a snowstorm will occasionally be heard in the city; some secondary textures and particle textures have been revamped.
