Random upgrade purchase for any vehicle (VC) 1.1
Now by holding down the English key T you can buy a full set of random upgrades for a random price:
1. Random vehicle damage immunity (BP 1 FP 1 EP 1 CP 1 MP 1).
2. Random vehicle durability (from 1000 to 100000).
3. Random vehicle wheels (whether they can be punctured or not).
4. Random vehicle color (0-94).
Important! The purchase radius is small (2 meters), so you must stand exactly in the center (side middle) of any vehicle.
Bugs and conflicts: none found - tested on game version 1.0.
Installation: drag the cs file to C:\Games\GTA - Vice City\cleo

Теперь зажатием английской кнопки T можно за случайную сумму купить сразу целый набор случайных улучшений:
1. Случайный иммунитет машины от урона (BP 1 FP 1 EP 1 CP 1 MP 1).
2. Случайная прочность машины (от 1000 до 100000).
3. Случайные колёса машины (пробиваются или нет).
4. Случайный цвет машины (0-94).
Важно! Радиус покупки небольшой (2 метра), поэтому нужно стоять ровно по центру (сбоку посередине) абсолютно любой машины.
Баги и конфликты: не обнаружено - проверено на версии игры 1.0.
Установка: файл cs перетащить по пути C:\\Games\\GTA - Vice City\\cleo
