This modification replaces Tommy's standard shirt with a cloak.
Only the model is replaced, so skins from the Skins folder work on the cloak as the texture unwrap is based on the standard skin.
Installation — replace player.dff in gta3.img

Плащ для Томми Версетти
Данная модификация заменяет стандартную рубашку Томми, на плащ.
Заменяется только модель, поэтому на плащ работают скины, из папки Skins т.к. развёртка текстуры построена на основе стандартного скина.
Установка — заменить player.dff в gta3.img
upd: добавил версию модели с цилиндром
