Pirate mod compilation from various authors released in spring 2005.
- The game is completed, with plenty of money, weapons, etc.;
- A new continent to the north of the city with various secrets;
- New music on the radio, mostly modern Russian from that era;
- Cops have turned into militia;
- New vehicle models, both Russian and foreign;
- Loading screens are oddly from San Andreas;
- Speedometer;
- Increased rendering contrast;
- Black roads;
- New protagonist skin;
- Radar styled like San Andreas.

This version is distributed as a mod requiring the original game.
Unpack over the game.

Installation:
Option 1:
Through modloader.
After installing modloader, create any folder in modloader.
Unpack the contents of the mod archive into the created folder.
Replace gta-vc.exe in the game folder or increase limits to 5000 in infonode,
8500 buildings, 4200 dynamic.
Option 2:
Unpack the contents of the archive into the game folder.
Then, using IMG editor , replace files from img
in gta3.img or add to a new img using “IMG for mods”

- Новая музыка на радио. В основном современная русская тех лет;
- Копы превратились в милицию;
- Новые модели ТС, как русских так и зарубежных;
- Загрузочные экраны почему то из San Andreas;
- Спидометр;
- Повышенная контрастность прорисовки;
- Чёрные дороги;
- Новый скин ГГ;
- Радар в стиле San Andreas.

Распаковать поверх игры.

Установка:
Вариант 1:
Через modloader.
После установки modloader, создай любую папку в modloader.
В созданную папку распакуй содержимое архива с модом.
gta-vc.exe замени в папке с игрой или повысь лимиты до 5000 в infonode,
8500 buildings, 4200 dynamic.
Вариант 2:
Распаковать содержимое архива в папку с игрой.
Далее с помощью IMG-редактора заменить файлы из img
в gta3.img или добавить в новый img, использовав «ИМГ для модов»
