Time Stopper (VC version)
I have a mod with the same name. It was made for SA. Since I started learning VC, my first project turned out to be this mod. Just like in SA — press Tab and time slows down. Currently only for walking control. It doesn't work in vehicles. To me, this mod reminded me of Michael and Franklin's abilities from GTA V, as you can shoot, there's dynamic slow motion, and a "bar" that shows how much time is left!

У меня есть одноименный мод. Он сделан для SA. Так как я начал изучать VC, моим первым проектом оказался этот мод. Все как у SA — нажимаем Tab и время замедляется. Пока только для управления пешком. В машине не работает. Как по мне, этот мод напомнил мне способности Майкла и Франклина из GTA V, т.к. можно стрелять, динамическое замедление, и "полоска", которая показывает, сколько еще осталось!
