This mod adds a flood. Now the streets of the state will be in the water, in some places there is not much water and you can walk or drive a car, and in other areas Tommy will immediately drown. On the street you can meet people and cars.
In order not to die, we recommend downloading the swimming mod.
The archive has a standard .DAT file so that you can return everything back.
