LCS Snowfall Port for GTA Vice City and GTA 3!
This mod will add snowy weather from LCS.
You can find all possible snowfall options in LCSSnow.ini.
By default, you can switch between snow modes using F8, but you can change this from there.
Currently only for 3 / VC 1.0 exes. (also works on Re: LCS)
.asi and .ini files must be in the same directory.
You can use any ASI/DLL loader or not use one and place everything in the root folder; the ASI loader in the game will handle this.
