По просьбе пользователя TDS1449 выкладываю измененную версию мода на низкий мегабайт. Теперь функция мусора и листьев на дорогах города отключена, но при этом остальные функции текстур не тронуты, например в миссии разбрасывания листовок газеты все ещё будут показываться.
