Weaknesses:

Повышает время существования пикапов(оружие и т.п.) которые выпадают из персонажей и пешеходов.
Недостатки:
Если накопиться слишком много пикапов то, из-за лимита некоторые пикапы нельзя будет подобрать
и останутся на карте.
