Beta Leftovers Fix

This mod fixes the leftover beta that R* left in the game, in other words from beta to final.

List of changes:

- Changed old-map in Sunshine Autos.

- Changed Flatbed Landstalker license plates.

- Changed the textures of Saber Turbo.

- Changed the texture of clothes in the cutscene of one of the missions of mr. vercetti to the playroom.

- Fixed the texture of the radar near the hotel, instead of an alley.

- Changed deagle in cutscenes to colt (as there is no deagle in VC)

- Changed fan wheels from III to VC.

- Replaced mp5k with regular mp5 in the intro cutscene at the beginning of the game (brooklynzsmac)

- Fixed the exterior of Rosenberg's office (the office was in a different location in the beta)

- Added a playable admiral to the cutscene (Kalvin fixed this)

- Changed abandoned cars.

- Changed Badfellas poster.
