Grand Theft Auto Re: Liberty City Stories (or Re: LCS) is a modification that brings GTA LCS to PC. The Vice City engine has been used as a base with various enhancements. The new version includes the following changes:
Pros:
*Added story missions from Portland (i.e., not all) and all side missions (except Vigilante and Karmageddon).
*All vehicles from GTA: LCS.
*Functional car scrapper and overhead train traffic.
Cons:
*The modification does not support plugins: CLEO library and MVL (Maxo's vehicle loader).
*After completing missions (as well as before), ferry and underground train traffic will not appear.
*All cheat codes
have been changed.Issues and Solutions:
Issue: The game crashes after loading a save.
Solution: Run the game as "Administrator". If that doesn't help, start a New Game and load the saveafter the cutscenes.
Issue: Crashes with error 006f6330 unhandled exception.
Solution: Do not use DEP (Data Execution Prevention), and even better — disable it.
Issue: The mission Calm Before The Storm fails.
Solution: Do not skip cutscenes and do not approach the helicopter landing area closely.
Installation:
Installer password: DrivingMrLeone.
The modification is the game itself. All you need to do is install it as a separate game.

Grand Theft Auto Re: Liberty City Stories (или Re: LCS) — это модификация, которая переносит GTA LCS на ПК. За основу был взят движок Vice City с различными улучшениями. В новой версии есть следующие изменения:
Плюсы:
*Добавлены сюжетные миссии Портленда (т.е. не все) и все побочные миссии (кроме Vigilante и Karmageddon).
*Весь транспорт из GTA: LCS.
*Рабочий утилизатор автомобилей и надземный трафик поездов.
Минусы:
*Модификация не поддерживает плагины: библиотека CLEO и MVL (Maxo's vehicle loader).
*После прохождения миссий (как и до прохождения) не появится траффик парома и подземного поезда.
*Изменены все чит-коды
Проблемы и их решение:
Проблема: Вылетает игра после загрузки сохранения
Решение: Запустите игру от "Имени администратора". Если не помогло, то начните Новую игру и после сценок загружайте сохранение.
Проблема: вылетает с ошибкой 006f6330 unhandled exception.
Решение: не используйте DEP (Предотвращение выполнения данных), а ещё лучше — отключите.
Проблема: проваливается миссия Calm Before The Storm.
Решение: не пропускайте сцены и не подъезжайте близко к месту посадки вертолёта.
Установка:
Пароль к инсталлятору: DrivingMrLeone.
Модификация и есть сама игра. Всё что вам нужно — это просто установить как отдельную игру.
