No, but there is a side effect - cops (and others) cannot knock you off the bike.
If you fall into the water, the player will fall off the bike, as otherwise the game would crash.
Sometimes, when first getting on the bike, Tommy may fall off, so when you get on it, try crashing into a wall for testing, and then start performing tricks and attracting cops. Tommy can (sometimes) fall off if you flip the bike in the air (as shown in the screenshot).

Нет, но есть побочный эффект - копы(и не только) не могут тебя скинуть с байка.
При падении в воду игрок слетает с байка, т.к. иначе игра вылетала.
Ну и иногда, впервые севши на байк, Томми слетает, так что, сев на него, для проверки впишитесь в стену, а уж потом трюкачьте и доставайте ментов. И Томми может (иногда) слететь, если перевернётесь на байке в воздухе (как на скриншоте).
Ожидаются ли другие версии?
