New clothes for Tommy

Place the contents of the CLEO folder into the CLEO folder where the game is installed

Place the contents of the gta3.img folder into the gta3.img file using a txd editor (folder with game/models/gta3.img)

If you don't have a txd editor, you can download TxdWorkshop

The military uniform pickup is located in the van of Phil Cassidy

The biker outfit pickup is behind the biker club

The leather jacket pickup is in Washington mall\'e

What does this modification provide?

For now, it adds only 3 new clothing pickups.

If you are in military uniform, the soldiers at the military base will not bother you (like with cop clothing)

I tested it on gta-vc version 1.0 with CLEO 2.0.0.5
