A little-known program for editing font spacing in GTA: Vice City. Since the official link has long been dead — I'll just leave this here.
Now about the essence of the program: whether you want to create your own fonts for GTA: Vice City or even your own translation, it often happens that the spacing between letters is incorrect. With this tool, you can fix that.
How to use:
Open the program, load the Vice City executable and your (or not your) font textures. You can change the first and second texture by right-clicking on the desired character and using Num+/Num- — to edit its spacing.

Теперь о сути программы: хотите вы сделать собственные шрифты для GTA: Vice City или даже свой перевод, но часто бывает, что расстояния между буквами некорректные. С помощью этой тулы, это можно исправить.
Как работать:
Открываете программу, загружаете Вайсовский экзешник и Ваши (или не Ваши) текстуры шрифтов. Менять первую и вторую текстуру можно правой кнопкой мышки, щелкайте по нужному символу и с помощью Num+/Num- — редактируете её интервал.
