The mod replaces some of the effects in GTA Vice City, not just a replacement of textures, but a complete or partial reworking of the effects themselves.

Мод заменяет некоторые эффекты в GTA Vice City не просто замена текстур а полная или частичная переработка самих эффектов.
Заменены такие эффекты как огонь, выхлоп, пыль от колес, дым от выстрелов, искры, кровь.
Изменения версии 0,3
Главное изменение это устранение некоторых ошибок старых версий
Доработка эффектов крови, выстрелов, взрывов, выхлопа, следов от шин, замена некоторых текстур а так же добавлена
альтернативная версия без капель на экране.
