Better LOD config fix for Vice City
Useful modification that brings some improvements to the game, namely:
- Fixes the FPS drop;
- Fixes a problem that caused street lighting to not work;
- Fixes a problem with car shadows.
Installation: Move the archive file to C:\Users\[user]\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City Definitive Edition\Config\WindowsNoEditor.
Mod works on the game version: GTA Vice City Definitive Edition version: 1.0.17.38838.
