PS2 Animations
Vice City Definitive Edition uses the standard animations from the PC version of the game, but they are stripped down
This mod fixes that by bringing uncut PS2 animations back into the game
With these animations, the movements are a bit smoother
Tommy in weapon stances now moves smoothly when in the original everything is static without a single movement
