Corrected Vic Vance
This mod changes the head of Victor Vance to the one that looks more like his version from VCS, there are two versions in the file:
1 — with the appearance of 1986 (mustache, small hair, etc.).
2 — with 1984 looks (pure bald Vic as in VCS)
