A small texture editor for GTA: Vice City 10th Anniversary.

Inside are stable (415) and unstable (777) versions. Each has x86 and x64 versions. The main difference of the unstable builds is the detailed logging of the program's operation with output to the console.

Attention: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 is required for operation (x86, x64) and GDI+ (included).

Небольшой редактор текстур GTA: Vice City 10th Anniversary.

Внутри вложены стабильная (415) и нестабильная (777) версии. Для каждой есть версии x86 и x64. Основное отличие нестабильных сборок — ведение подробного лога работы программы с выводом в консоль.

Внимание: для работы необходима Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (x86, x64) и GDI+ (идут в комплекте).
