- TXD TOOL.
Installation:
- Open ES File Explorer, select Internal Storage, then Android, then obb. Find the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon and enter it. Rename the files inside and add ".obb" at the end. Then open the compressed archive and extract the files named "gta3hi" (10 files with this name in total) from the texdb folder in the .obb file. Unzip them to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. If you exit after compressing, delete the ".zip" to return the archive to its original state. If you don't, you won't be able to enter the game. Next, process the files in this archive and txd.zip (texture maps for buildings).
- Open TXD TOOL, click on the first icon in the bottom right corner in gta3hi.txt, select Uncompressed 32bpp, then click on Select All Images, and click on the check mark. Next, click on Overlay Texture Maps (just overlay the textures).
